30-day money-back guarantee
LIQWYD offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with your LIQWYD subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date.
How to request a refund
Our order process and refunds are handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Email us at support@liqwyd.co with your order reference and we will help you process the refund through Paddle.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are issued by Paddle back to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Subscription renewals and cancellations
You can cancel an active subscription at any time from your Billing page or through Paddle. You can also manage your subscription directly at paddle.net if you're not currently signed in. Once cancelled, the subscription will not renew, and access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
Event services
Refunds described above apply to LIQWYD platform subscriptions purchased through Paddle. Charges for specific event bookings, deposits, or on-site services are handled under the terms of the individual booking agreement.
